Scissor restoration

£20.00

Your old scabby scissors that have been left abandoned in a old cupboard or drawer

These will more then likely actually be of superb quality

We take these and do the following

  • Inspect and strip them down

  • Clean them up as much as posible using our derusting rotary mops

  • Clean up the threads on the pivot screw

  • Sharpen them

  • Paint the handles using primer and spray paint. (black or red)

  • Reassemble and test

Of course there will be some scissors that won’t survive this due to them being too far gone and we can end up with snapped screws etc. In which case there is no charge.

This is done at your own risk

A refund will be given for the restoration but we will not pay for any breakages
