Knife sharpening
All knifes are inspected, ground to 15º on a water wheel and then de-burred leaving a razor sharp edge which is then tested with a paper test.
If you want an angle steeper than 15º please leave a comment.
This includes minor tip repairs and minor chip removal, for heavier damage please select the heavy damage option.
We cannot replace handle or weld blades back together again.
To repair missing tips of large chips in the blade we grind back and re-profile the blade before sharpening
Cost is per knife basis.
