Wolff training

It’s Tuesday

I’m in a pub

The waitress is wearing a mask, the accent is unusual.

Why is this?

Well I’m in deepest darkest Somerset at the only Wolff industries approved training centre outside of the USA.

Wolff for those that don’t know is the industry leading maker of scissors and scissor sharpening equipment. If you’ve seen someone sharpen scissors then there is good chance you have seen their equipment in action. They also have taken over production of the Nebraska blades machines which are the red square machines with spinning plates which are used for clipper blades

The plan was to take loads of pictures but not being of the instagram generation I’m failing  miserably. Well that and I am actually paying attention and not playing with a camera.

So instead inside this innocent looking industrial unit imagine a scene of flashing lights and technology mixed with a mountaintop temple filled with zen monks who have studied sharpening since they were selected by a ancient ritual to find the chosen one.

Just this chosen one is called Matt and he drives a transit van.
