I love big glass
When I was on ships I spent maybe a wee bit too much money on some camera lenses. Most of which i still have today. Apart from a sigma 70-200 2.8 as it died. I sent it away for repairs a few years ago but it was beyond repair so they sold me a new version at a price which I couldn’t refuse. Sadly being a more modern lense it couldn’t talk to my slightly elderly camera body. A few days back we finally bought a more modern camera. So the lense is worth about 4 times the camera but i must admit.
