Ceramic cutter upgrades

A wee change to our blade sharpening service

We can now offer a ceramic cutter upgrade

A ceramic cutter is claimed to last 20 times longer between sharpening but seeing the comb is still tool steel i'll take that claim with a pinch of salt.

Every groomer who has used ceramic cutters have liked them.

A ceramic cutter will be fitted in 3 circumstances

1 You have requested an upgrade to a ceramic cutter, this will be chargeable at £9.50

2 You have already got a ceramic cutter but it has been damaged and needs to be replaced, this will be chargeable at £9.50

3 I've tried everything to get the blade to cut, i've changed the spring, i've checked the rub pattern, i've resharpened it, i've changed the glide stripe, i've called it many rude names and finally i've swapped the cutter for a ceramic one and it works, Normal price of £6.50

The shiny metal coloured one is the normal cutter fitted to most blades

The white one is the ceramic cutter which we can fit as an upgrade
